1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vyla, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform immediately.
2. Nature of the Service
Vyla is a media discovery, metadata indexer, and personal tracking platform. We do not host, upload, or store any media files, video streams, or copyrighted material on our servers.
All video content, streaming links, and download links provided through the Vyla interface are scraped or embedded from third-party services, APIs, and public domains (such as Vercel apps or HuggingFace spaces). Vyla acts strictly as a client-side interface and aggregator.
3. Intellectual Property & Copyright (DMCA)
Vyla respects the intellectual property rights of others. Because we do not host any media files, we cannot delete them from the internet. However, if you are a copyright owner and find that Vyla is indexing a third-party link that infringes upon your rights, you may submit a request to have the specific indexing reference (TMDB ID) removed from our platform's search and display interface. Contact us via our official Discord server for removal requests.
4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
When using Vyla, you agree not to:
- Use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to extract data from our APIs or interface.
- Abuse, spam, or reverse-engineer our AI Search endpoint or authentication gateways.
- Attempt to bypass Cloudflare Turnstile or any rate-limiting security measures.
- Use the platform for any illegal activities or to distribute malicious software.
5. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Because Vyla does not require a real email address, password recovery may not be possible if you lose your login details. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or place an undue burden on our infrastructure.
6. Third-Party Links & Liability
Vyla is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of the third-party video players, streaming sources, or download APIs linked through our service. You interact with these third-party services entirely at your own risk. Vyla provides these integrations "AS IS" without any warranties of uptime, legality, or safety.
7. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
